I answered this in question number 1. Ms. Mendoza, was friendly, professional, and respectful. She carefully reviewed my prescribed medicine and vitamins, and took the time to listen to my questions and answered them to my satisfaction. In addition, I was very pleased that my appointment started on time. One reason I appreciated that, was because I had called ahead and confirmed that since I had fasted they could do lab work too. I normally eat at 7 a.m., so I was happy that the appointment at 9:00 was not delayed.
