It took 10 years as Dr Olivo's patient to be told in her absence that I had stage 3a Kidney Disease. Then my appointment on [omitted], she entered the room wearing a mask with a mask in her hand for m e to put on as she announced she had covid, she also provided me lab results that were incorrect, that were for cholesterol ONLY, rather than my regular lab tests, saying the day I was in the lab, she was not in the office, so I had to go back to the lab on [omitted] to for lab test again and today is [omitted], I have not spoken to Dr Olivo as of yet.

Dr. OLIVO is very nice and listened to everything I have said. She explains your test results to you and the things that you can do for a healthy change. Ordering any test she deems important and explains why. Wish I had been seeing her for longer and then I would be in better health but she has taken the steps to get me back.

This past visit wasn't as good as others? I made a concern:complaint the office staff and I'm not sure if she appreciated my comment . I have Bern going there for 8 years , and I felt I'm needed as a patient anymore. Big problems about an inhaler I was to get , called 3 x with United Healthcare trying to get it resolved . I Also sent a message on the portal but never got a call back either. Wrote a letter to Well Med care team , hit a call from the Office Manager, then another staff member about the Rx problem , but not the Dr , then I got a call from a Social Worker. No Dr call , I am really disappointed the way this was handled. I always respected her as a Dr guess things change, It's sad because I think she is a great physican and planned on having her till whatever ? Not sure what else to say . My cell number hasn't changed , so I would appreciate a call from her like I got from the care team at well med . I do want to compliment Amanda Nurse practitioner , she was very observant yo my needs, If you don't want me as a patient anymore , I'm sure I can look for services . I am very upset about this last 6 month check up on [omitted]. My cell is [omitted] , and would love to speak to anymore that wants to listen about my issues,

The doctor is unable to see sick patients. I haven't received all of my bloodwork results that were drawn after my appointment. The last two times I had appointments and went on separate ones for blood draws a week before they didn't have orders for tests that are needed for coming appointment. Causing multiple blood draws. Then I wait for my results... over two weeks now and even after calling and requesting they mail them to me.

I began seeing Dr. Olivo in 2009 and haven't never considered changing to another PCP, though I've moved a distance from the Bedford location. She is thorough, informative, engaging, outstanding listener and cordial. At my age, 66, unless something drastic happens, wherein I'd have to change doctors, or that Dr. Olivo simply leaves the area, I will be with Dr. O until I leave the planet.

Dr.Olivo is an excellent physician. She is engaging, kind, respectful, patient, and very knowledgeable. The patient whom I accompany to appointments is blind. Dr. Olivio always speaks directly to her and explains concisely, each thing that she is going to do so the patient understands completely what is going on. She is never rushed or makes you feel that she has to hurry up and move on to the next patient. I can't say enough good about Dr. Olivo. She is amazing. This patient has complex medical problems and is seen by several doctors at the medical center in Dallas. Dr. Olivo reviews all reports and sends her reports to them. She is highly respected by other physicians involved with this patient.

I have been going there for 6 years now, she is always willing to listen to your concerns, and suggestions. I have some issues reaching her by the way of the call center, it shouldnt take 4-calls to get a call back, not sure if the messages are being sent anyway. I have a very simple last name [omitted] and the young said your name is [omitted]? Not sure what that was, not paying attention to what I said.. I already reported that to DR OLIVIO.. I used to be a switch board operator for 13 dr's, and I know its not easy trying to take a message, but when you give them your date of birth and change my last name, thats a little ridiculous.. This is your first point of contacat for the patient to your PCP, makes the Dr look bad.. Makes you not to want to go back I had some really bad times in that office with some of the staff, when you dont feel good you dont need to talked to badly by the staff.. I see that the Lab tech is gone, thank goodness, very rude,, I did report it to the office manager, ([omitted], but it she acted like I was bothering her.. this time was a little better, at least they finally figured out my name that is written on the card
