she was very nice and attentive during my eventual appointment with her. as I mentioned in a prior response to this questionnaire, I had a sudden onset of major hip pain (eventually determined to be burisitis), but the doctor could not fit me in for an appointment until one week later, meantime I was in intense pain. Having been a patient of this clinic with my former/now-retired doctor for 40 years, I would have thought they could have fit me in for at least 10 minutes--when I finally got in on my appointment, my visit was just 10 minutes, which I totally understand given the diagnosis. I eventually went to an orthopedic specialist on my own who further diagnosed and treated my condition.

Wearing masks is an unscientific practice. The Cochrane review, the gold standard of scientific assessments, proved that masks are ineffective against viruses spreading. Masks impede good medical care--except in surgery, in which they are used to stop bacterial spread--because they make medical encounters less personal and more unpleasant. They are one of the many unscientific practices adopted during Covid that advanced medical care providers have ended. Also, she or someone in the office failed to send the referral to the radiologist, so when I got there they did not have it, and I had to return the next day for the x-ray. This took a lot of extra time.

She is the only one I can see and talk to. My doctor will not have any interraction with me unless it is an annual physician. He does not have any interraction with me and always delegates any personal contact to his support staff. He NEVER returns phone calls or follows up with me after any major event. Rachel is knowledgeable and the doctor delegtes prescribing prescriptions and diagnosis my ailments to her. She is quite knowledgeable nd very helpful. this past weekend I needed advice on the strength of Monjarno I should reorder. Left word for the doctor to call me and never received a call back. Happens often.

I was contacted within a week. Caller left text message, but when I returned call, I didn't hear back for a day. The referral appointment for cardiologist, Johnston (in same building) is the middle of July which seems a bit long, but I guess it depends on to whom the referral had to be made
