Everything looks ok but still nursing staff need to provide more accurate and clear instructions explain to patient for each time visit summary.Earlier I usually get call from nursing staff to explain doctor recommendations and instructions for each visit but past few months we are not getting any calls from them

Already elaborated in a previous comment. Came in expecting a well visit physical. Did not get the thorough exam and interaction I expected. Felt like just a number.

When suggesting a new medication or changing dosage, do a better explanation of why it’s needed and how to take when additional medication are taken which are in file. When explaining lowest dose offered explain why a dose is prescribed higher than the lowest dose available.

The waiting for the lab to get blood tests at WellMed 6161 N State Hwy, Irving is unbelievably time consuming, 45min -1 hour waiting time just for it after visiting my doctor. For this specific reason, I could not recommend your services to others.
