Biography

Daniel Metzger, DO, grew up in Detroit, Michigan. He came to Texas to attend the University of North Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his internship at the Dallas Southwest Medical. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board Of Family Physicians and has been in practice for 35 years.

Dr. Metzger went into medicine to pursue a career that would allow him to help those in need. Medicine allows him to care for people from all parts of society, and he enjoys interacting with his patients and treating them as if they were his family members. Dr. Metzger offers preventive care and treatment for several conditions, including diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure and behavioral concerns.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Metzger finds joy in staying active and working on landscape projects. He cherishes quality time with his wife, three children and their beloved puppy.
