Erwin Lochte, III, MD

Erwin Richard Lochte, III, MD, is an experienced health care provider who enjoys building longstanding relationships with patients and delivering personalized care to families throughout San Antonio.

Dr. Lochte has always been fascinated by the complexities of human psychology and physiology. Once he settled on a career in medicine, his goal was to learn as much as possible about the human body. His extensive medical career has allowed him to explore many different elements of health care. He uses his expertise to provide his patients with comprehensive care addressing physical and mental health concerns.

Dr. Lochte graduated medical school from and completed residency at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He lives in San Antonio with his family. He and his wife have four children and many grandchildren. He enjoys spending quality time with his grandchildren whenever he isn't assisting patients.
