He was superficial, and impersonal in his review of my current status. He checked my breathing, told me to hydrate, asked if I was taking my meds, needed any refills, and told me to eat vegetables. Not much of a check up or physical exam. Really got nothing I couldn't get from a google search unless I needed a Rx refill.

I've known Dr. C for many years, and have always enjoyed my time as his patient! I left seeing him for a few years, ut had to go back, after my time with another provider, I wasn't happy, and went back to see Dr. C! He, and his office was way farther away, ut just needed to get back to him. He knows everything I've gone through, having 33 structural surgeries, and knows everything I've gone through the past 30 years, and knows how to treat me! I think Dr. Castillo is a very nice man and a good doctor, but I think that he is constrained by Well Med in his ability to treat his patients. I had a supposed yearly physical at my last visit and there really wasn't anything to it and there wasn't any depth to it. Just going over my test results. And the referral that I asked for and got for a dermatologist was another doctor that is associated with Well Med. Not close to me or convenient. Again I go back to my initial statement in that I think that it is a matter of the corporation just wanting to move patients through the system as quickly as possible. I don't think this is the fault of Dr. Castillo. Just the way that large medial practices now operate.
