Biography

Cynthia Saucedo, MD, enjoys the challenges and complexities of family practice. She knows patients depend on her for help coping with changes in their health. Dr. Saucedo is proud to be her patients' first point of contact and their chief wellness advocate.

Dr. Saucedo believes prevention is the primary focus of health care. She works to help patients understand their health risks and minimize their chances of developing a disease. Dr. Saucedo listens closely to her patient's concerns and takes a detailed health history. She then works with the patient to make joint health care decisions that will improve their quality of life.

Dr. Saucedo graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in Mexico. She completed her residency in family practice at Memorial Hermann–Texas Medical Center in Houston. Dr. Saucedo was born and raised in San Antonio, and she is proud to continue serving patients in her home community. In her spare time, Dr. Saucedo enjoys cooking, gardening and traveling. She is married with one son and has an English bulldog named Tito.
