Dr. Saucedo was very pleasant, she listened and took notes. There did not seem to be a rush for the door, so all in all a good visit. My refill requests we handled and I will receive the prescriptions tomorrow, however I did discuss upping my Gabapentin from 2-300mg a day to 3-300mg a day. I had the impression that she was good with that but I don't know if it was passed on to my pharmacy.

she did not pay attention to my dosage of thyroid dosages that i had been on for many years that was written down on my information and of what I had told her. she increased it from 50 mgs to 100 mgs last year and after 3 months of the dosage I lost my appetite and I was very depressed and lost some weight which has never happened to me before. Then I came down with a very bad allergies due to the high cedar in in the area where I live. also she questioned me about other meds that i have taken for many years one again I explained to her why I take them. So after deep thought I changed doctors to Rohan Coutinho MD due to his high ratings and his credentials. I feel that he would be the best for me I am [omitted] and i want the best. I had Dr Matt McGlothlin for 15 years at well med at Embassy Oaks. and he was the best and took awesome care of me. Please send this to him also.. I am not saying that Dr Cynthia is not a good doctor but she did not pay attention to what i was saying on my meds. Due to that at my last office visit to her my blood pressure went off the wall due to my reading my blood results on the well med portal before hand. as a result of it all I had to take an extra blood pressure pill for 4 days until it came down which I have never had to do.. My last visit to her I was very polite to her. I am sure that she is good for other patients but not for me. [omitted]

Had delays in getting an appointment with her. Made an appointment for 2 specific reasons -1. Do I have allergy to Gluten & and do I need secondary med for Hashimoto’s that intermittent causes fatigue. She deferred to reading a detailed report of what is wrong with my GI tract which I also received and know about and live with. I have seen her & GI doctor for help with this and nothing was done in past. So I manage it myself with over the counter meds & have made an appointment for myself with a new GI. I do not like the scribes interpretations of what is said in the exam rooms. I have never refused statins for high cholesterol. I have taken them all when prescribed but after several weeks I have severe side effects (weakness, fatigue, frail bleeding skin) and have to stop them. Scribe just writing I refused them sounds that I’m non compliant with doctors’ orders.

Well, I have tried for one week to get a script signed for a rollator for my [omitted] mother. I called every day, asking for a nurse to call me, and I was told this was set to "high priority"..and no one would call me at by the end of the day as promised. So, again, next day, another call, another promise, another fail, next day, another call, another promise, another fail. Finally, a nice nurse, Vanessa called me back and says Dr. Saucedo "needs to see mom so she can right the dx for the rollator". What??? She just saw my mother on [omitted]..and she needs another appt? Can you read her charts? She is [omitted], has osteoporosis, dementia and high blood pressure. If she falls, she will break another bone. She depends on this walker/rollator to get around from her bed to the dining room to eat. What in the world would you need to see her for? She walked in there holding a cane, and my hand...can you not see she is feeble and fearful of falling? This was pure crockery and greed. The nurse agreed to ask Dr. Saucedo if she could go just read her charts. NOPE, she needed that extra $$. So, today, they call me and say, she can do a telemed...RIGHT NOW. NOPE, I want a new Dr. Finally get Dr. Laura Villareal to do a telemed, and after speaking with me, she agreed to right the script. All of this could have been done last week..with just a phone call to me. But, NO ONE COULD TAKE THE TIME. DR SAUCEDO COULD HAVE SPOKEN TO ME LAST WEEK. I AM DONE WITH THIS OFFICE. DISGUSTED WITH THIS NON CARING TREATMENT.

She keeps sending my social problems to referrals other people who take a while to get things resolved. The psychiatrist doctor gave rx that opposed her intention of fixing my moodswings. The rx made my symptoms worst so I don't use them. There was a sleeping pill that worked really good I could sleep until noon. Until I find a roof over my head my meds are taken only if I remember them or get them at the storage locker. I hoping the lady taylor social worker could find something.
